Why Cardiovascular exercise is important for 65+

Why should people over the age of 65 do cardiovascular exercise?

Regular cardio can help maintain heart health, reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke, control high blood pressure, and improve circulation. It can also improve balance and flexibility, reducing the risk of falls and injury. Cardio can also boost mood and cognitive function, as well as reducing stress and anxiety.

Cardio can also help maintain a healthy weight and improve physical strength and endurance, allowing you to stay active and independent.
