Exciting Announcement!





Walk Yourself Fitter with the Retired & Fitter WalkFit bundle


These classes are aerobic routines all based on a simple power walk and we keep stepping

throughout the sessions! All simple low impact moves that will build stamina, add to your step tally and feel fitter and stronger.


Gemma, a Level 3 Exercise for Older Adults and Level 4 Postural Stability instructor, and creator of Retired & Fitter, has filmed 3 classes using light handweights for women over 65.

The Retired & Fitter WalkFit bundle is a collection of three recorded videos of around 15 minutes that you can access and do at your convenience.


These classes aim to improve cardiovascular fitness and are suitable for everyone –

if you can walk, you can WalkFit! No prior fitness needed– we start at the beginning and classes involve no jumping, no complicated choreography and there’s no impact on your knees, hips or back.


Our classes are all recorded, so you can participate from the comfort of your own home, whenever is convenient for you. No travelling - all you need is a computer or smartphone and an internet connection.
