News from Gemma Pearce Fitness!

What a fabulous first week back of classes, including our first Walk & Talk session. Ladies from various classes I teach around the area enjoyed a sociable walk around Culham and Sutton Courtenay. It was a wonderful chance to chat and get some extra steps in!

What’s on this week?

Join a fun and welcoming face-to-face class in Oxfordshire or workout with me on the virtual dancefloor for one of our weekly online classes 💃

Spaces are also available for Pilates in your Lunch Hour on Fridays at 1pm in Steventon and Gentle Pilates on Thursdays at 11.30am. Get in touch for more info.

Aerobics is my favourite class!

In this bundle, you'll find 4 different styles of moves and music but the same great buzz from learning combos and putting them together into a routine!

Your classes are:

  • Disco Low Impact Aerobics – 39 mins

  • Latin Aerobics – 44 mins

  • House Aerobics – 42 mins

  • Retro Aerobics – 41 mins
