Our latest Newsletter - 26.03.2023

Hi there,

Thanks for all your messages after last week’s email about our 3rd online anniversary.

Since lockdown, life has felt hectic.

Hands up if you’re tired, stressed and in need of something - is it a holiday? A gin? 30 mins to yourself?

Why not join me for a 30 minute Pilates Tranquility online class this week? There are several reasons why taking 30 minutes out of your day for a calming Pilates class can be beneficial for your physical and mental health:

Reduce stress and anxiety: Pilates focuses on controlled movements and breathing, which can help reduce stress and anxiety. The calming environment of a Pilates class can also help you feel relaxed and centered.

Improve flexibility and mobility: Pilates exercises are designed to improve flexibility and mobility in the body, particularly in the spine and hips.

Build strength and endurance: Although Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise, it can still help build strength and endurance, particularly in the core, back, and legs.

Improve posture and balance: Pilates exercises emphasize proper alignment and body awareness, which can help improve posture and balance over time.

Take time for self-care: Taking 30 minutes out of your day to focus on your physical and mental well-being can be a valuable form of self-care. It can help you feel more relaxed, refreshed, and ready to take on the rest of your day.

Join me for Pilates Tranquility by signing up here - I’ll send you the class video on Monday lunchtime.

Have a great week and see you soon.

Love Gemma x
