Our latest Newsletter - 24.04.2023

Here’s the latest news from Gemma Pearce Fitness!

Think you've got to be "sporty" to join one of our exercise classes?

Nope! We offer dance fitness and Pilates classes that are not "sporty" in any way. And I hated PE at school.

Think you've got to be flexible to join a Pilates class?

Nope! We work on stretching muscles and mobilising joints. We're all different and there's no judgement here.

Think you've got to get a bit fitter before you start a fitness class?

Nope! You wouldn't believe how often I hear that! It’s my job to get you fitter! Everyone had a day 1 and started somewhere.

Think you've got to wear posh fitness gear to fit in?

Nope! I'm obsessed with bright colours and jazzy leggings but the majority of participants wear a vest or tshirt and black leggings.

Think you'll be the oldest/fattest/most unfit/unco-ordinated?

Nope nope nope! Our classes are for everyone and people will be just like you.

Check out the timetable on the website and get in contact if you have any queries.
