Here’s the latest news from Gemma Pearce Fitness!

We're now at the last week of our "normal" timetable before we jump into the summer holidays!

I’ll be running a face to face Summer Timetable of classes on Wednesday evenings (Pilates, Groovelates & Zumba) and Thursday mornings (Zumba Gold & Gentle Pilates).

You’re very welcome to join us if you normally attend other classes and equally welcome if you can only make one week.

Try to keep all your good work going this summer, so you don’t have to start again in September!

I’m also running live online Zumba Gold classes on Mondays at 10.30am that must be done live.

Other online classes - Pilates, Lift and Dance Fit - can be done anytime.

Summer is when recorded online classes really come into their own. They’re PERFECT when you’re away and or when you have a surge of activities, events, and family engagements making you busier than usual.

Try our Online Recorded Classes this summer! Here’s why you should give them a go!

Highlights of Last Week’s Online Classes

All of our new online classes get added to the online membership, alongside hundreds of other fitness, pilates, relaxation and stretching classes already included. We’re forever increasing the range of exercises for you to try and giving you fun and convenient ways to get and keep fit.


Get fitter walking with me!

WalkFit online classes started during the lockdowns and have continued to be popular online ever since. We started these classes as lots of participants had FitBits or Apple watches and weren’t hitting their daily step count. WalkFit classes are aerobic routines all based on a simple power walk and we keep stepping throughout the sessions! You’ll add to your step tally and feel fitter and stronger.
