News from Gemma Pearce Fitness!

I hope you've all had a lovely weekend.

I've now started my week off for half term and it's very much needed!

While I’m having some time off, why not take a look at our bundles of online recorded classes? We've got bundles with shorter and longer classes that you can do anytime, including this weeks half-price bundle which is Improve Your Flexibility. At Gemma Pearce Fitness, we are ALL about the mental health benefits of exercise. I always stress that our classes are not necessarily for how you look but more about how you feel: during the class, making friends and the happy endorphins that you leave the class with. And on that subject, read this week’s blog “Prescribe yourself fit – exercise is the best medicine” to find out more about how exercise can help your mental health.

There are no classes this week, but you can now book a place for classes until Easter. Plus check out rarely available spaces at Pilates courses starting after half term. There are only a few places available so act now!

This week’s online half price bundle is…


One of the phrases I hear most often in my job is “I’m so inflexible” and if that sounds like something you’d say then this online mini course is for you! It is NOT for flexible people! You do not have to be flexible, you just have to want to improve your flexibility. Just think how gaining a little flexibility will impact on how you feel… how you move… and how you put your socks on!

I will teach you isometric and PNF stretching techniques in short videos which will help you gain increases in your flexibility in a short amount of time, plus stretching every day will release tight muscles and leave you feeling amazing!
