Just wondering, what is your reason for exercising? For so many years, the fitness industry has emphasized the aesthetic results of exercise. However, my reasons have always been more about how exercise makes me feel and how it benefits my mental health. But now I have another reason!

Whether it's trying to keep up with Lucy at the Junior Park Run or running behind her while she works on her bike riding, I need to be fit! Having a healthy back is certainly helping with the bike training! I'd love to hear about your reasons for exercising, whether it's to ease pain, improve your mood, be able to sit on the floor with grandchildren, or achieve specific health goals. As some of you may know, my Mum has been participating in my online "Retired & Fitter" classes since being diagnosed with Parkinson's and breaking her ankle, and the improvements in her health have been absolutely inspiring. These reasons are so much more important than just goals about how you look or how much you weigh. Let me know what your reasons are!
