Those of you who follow me on social media will have seen that I’ve been doing lots of tips and ideas for over 65s under the banner “Retired & Fitter”.
This week I’ve been giving away a free 13 min Lift class. Lift classes are by far the most popular online classes I do and probably the BEST exercise that anyone over 40 should do. Improving your muscle strength, bone density and cardiovascular health are so important as we get older, particularly for those who suffer from arthritis, osteoporosis and joint pain.
