A Saturday morning class has been on my "most requested list" for years, and I'm so excited to announce that I'll be doing a monthly masterclass, with the first one a Cha Cha Cha fitness class on Saturday 16th March. So why do I love dance so much?

There’s no better workout than dancing – you use every part of your body and you don’t even realise it because you’re enjoying yourself so much. Dancing gets you fit because it:

· Raises your heart rate

· Strengthens your muscles

· Improves your balance and flexibility

· Develops your co-ordination

But almost more important than all of that is how dancing makes you feel! It has a massive impact on your mood, your stress levels, your confidence – and brings some Latin heat into your life! For a few moments you forget all your worries and you’re a Strictly superstar!

Join Gemma for a Saturday Special one off Cha Cha Cha fitness class! Blending a traditional Cha Cha Cha with the fitness power of aerobics, this fun class will get you feeling like a star on the dance floor and get you a fabulous Saturday morning workout.

This class will begin with a warm up, take you through the basics of Cha Cha Cha, putting together a routine with a fab-u-lous performance at the end!

Dance Enthusiasts: If LOVE to dance, this class is right up your street - teaching you authentic Cha Cha Cha moves while keeping you fit.

Busy Bees: For those who can't make a regular evening session due to a busy schedule, this one-off Saturday class provides the perfect opportunity to get moving.

Strictly Come Dancing Fans: Have you ever watched Strictly and wished you could give the dances a try? This is your chance to step into the shoes of your favorite celebrities and experience the thrill of learning Cha Cha Cha, one of the most iconic dances featured on the show.

Zumba Lovers: This class is perfect for existing class participants, particularly those who attend Zumba or Zumba Gold and enjoy the Cha Cha Cha tracks.

Brand New Beginners: If you're new to dance or fitness classes, this welcoming, easy-to-follow stand alone session is the perfect starting point. With no prior experience required, it’s a great way to dive into the world of dance fitness in a supportive, fun environment.
