I can’t believe there’s only 4 weeks of classes until we stop for Christmas! Now is one of the best times of the year to get in shape. To see the best results, aim to exercise for at least 30-40 minutes, four times a week until Christmas. Remember – you’re more likely to stick to doing something that you really enjoy! Anything that gets your heart rate up and makes you break into a sweat burns fat and calories. To maintain your commitment over the coming weeks, book your fitness classes in advance so you’ll feel extra motivation as you’ve paid up front . Also, try to exercise at least once over the weekend, a brisk walk or one of our recorded classes are ideal options. I’ve added 4 week class bundles for our face to face classes for that final push with a discount for booking up until the end of term. Take a look at the classes available below. Pilates for Arthritis

If you suffer from arthritis, join this session live or on demand for a calming, gentle Pilates class to help your symptoms. I’ll also be going through some modifications to help you join in more online or face to face classes.

Join me live on Tuesday at 10.30am (note the time change) PLUS receive the recording by email so you can do it anytime and it doesn’t matter if you can’t make the live.

Dance Anthems Aerobics!

Using a playlist of 90s pure bangers, you’ll be “finally” “back once again with the renegade master” and you’ll “get get down”!!!

A traditional aerobics class where we’ll do 1 fun routine, but I promise I’ll make it simple enough so you can keep singing along without going wrong!
