Join Our 14-Day LIFT Bootcamp



Our latest 14 Day Online Bootcamp starts on Monday and this time the theme is Lift!


If you’ve been wanting to tone up, build strength, and improve your bone health, this is the challenge for you!


The 14 Day Lift Bootcamp is designed to get you stronger and fitter with just 30-minute sessions, streamed live or available on catch-up so you can work out on your own time!



What’s included:

  • 6 Live Online Classes Over 14 Days: Join us on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:30 AM each week for a 30-minute workout designed to energise and motivate you.


  • Miss a Class? No Problem! Catch up at your convenience – all sessions are available on replay for a month.


  • Light hand weights recommended (or use filled water bottles/tins)


  • All you need is a mat and 30 minutes, 3 times a week!

  • Lift Head to Toe

  • Lift Lower Body

  • Lift Press

  • Lift Pull

  • Lift Arms


The Lift Bootcamp is for you if…

  • You are looking to stay strong, feel great, and focus on bone health. Join us for a fun, supportive fitness challenge – you won’t regret it!


  • You need flexibility with your exercise - this is your chance to get fit without the pressure of attending live classes. You’ll get the benefit of on-demand workouts that fit around your schedule, but you’ll still feel part of a community!


How does it work and how much is it?

  • Sign up on the website, then you’ll get access to a private web page with your password

  • All the links to the live and on demand classes are housed on the web page

  • You’ll have access to the classes for 1 month, and remember you don’t have to join me live, you can do the classes anytime!

  • Access to the 14 Day Lift Bootcamp is just £27
