As we wrap up 2024, I can’t help but feel so proud and grateful for the amazing people who’ve been part of Gemma Pearce Fitness this year. One of the best bits of my job is hearing how our classes have made a difference in your lives, and this story from one of our online participants really made my day:
"I’ve just had a full knee replacement on my left knee, and it turned into a really positive experience—thanks to you. Because I’ve been doing your online classes, my leg muscles were strong enough for the surgeon to use a new procedure that doesn’t damage the muscles or ligaments. This meant I was able to walk with crutches straight away and ended up with a smaller scar. Thank you so much! Hopefully, I’ll heal well and be back with you in the new year."
