2024 Reflections -Thank you ♥️

As the year comes to a close, I want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you who chose to attend a class with me this past year. Whether you joined us in Abingdon, Chilton, Steventon, or online, your dedication and effort never go unnoticed.

I’ve been so lucky to witness incredible transformations—not just physically, but emotionally and socially too. I know how challenging it can be to step into a new group, feeling vulnerable and unsure, but my goal has always been to make you feel welcome, comfortable, and part of “our team.” Watching nervous non-exercisers blossom into confident class regulars—attending 2 or 3 sessions a week, making friends, and mastering routines—is what makes every single aching muscle worth it.

A special shoutout to my incredible regulars—your consistency, dedication, and support keep classes running, especially during quieter times. You are never taken for granted, and your loyalty helps Gemma Pearce Fitness grow and thrive. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Enjoy your well-deserved rest—you’ve earned it. For those thinking of joining us in January, I’d love to welcome you. There’s always a place for you in our fitness family.

Here’s to a fantastic 2025 filled with movement, laughter, and community. Let’s do this together! 💪

With love and gratitude,

Gemma ♥️
