Back in the Spring and Summer, we hosted a series of free Walk & Talks - sessions that provided a chance to talk openly and share stories and experiences while enjoying a leisurely stroll. These were great for mental health, lifting our spirits with good conversation and gentle exercise.
We went out in the sun, wind and rain on lovely walks around our area and were even joined by some four-legged walking buddies! These sessions reminded me how important connection is, and how my classes in Oxfordshire bring people together - for their exercise and for their wellbeing. Thank you to those who battled the weather with me and I look forward to getting these booked in for 2025!
