Starting Something New?
Do you remember what it felt like to walk into a fitness class for the first time? Maybe you were with a friend, or maybe you were on your own? It can be very daunting! You think that everyone will know each other, everyone will know what they’re doing, everyone will be fitter than me, or super skinny! People of all different ages, shapes and sizes attend my classes and they may have met others by coming to the classes for a while… and yes, some of them may be fitter than you – but so will you if you start coming to classes regularly! And lastly, let me assure you that no-one takes a blind bit of notice of what you're doing – they’re all usually staring at me! So if you’ve been thinking about coming back to a class, starting something new, or perhaps changing something, try it! Just do it and you might just like it!
