Low impact muscle strengthening class using light 0.5 - 2kg handweights. Get the body leaner and bones stronger - suitable for all.


These sessions improve chronic conditions such as arthritis and osteoporosis.

30 min online classes available live on Tuesdays at 9.30am AND recordings sent by email
