Our first weekly Newsletter of 2023!

Wow! It’s been so good to be back to face to face and online classes! But I’ve been so stiff and achy - sending sympathy if you were too!!

There are 4 online classes you can join this week. Don’t forget I email you the recording of online classes so don’t worry if you can’t make the live class times (except Zumba Gold which must be done live)

There are spaces available at all of our pay as you go face to face classes next week. Some were fully booked last week so grab your spot soon!

A simple 30 min aerobics class, all based around a march! No impact (no jumping or running) - suitable for those who have bad knees or just don’t like jumping. Use 1kg handweights or 2 filled water bottles! You’ll get a link to the class emailed to you to do anytime you like. Or you can join me for the recording if you like the discipline of live classes (Mon 7pm)
