News from Gemma Pearce Fitness!

I hope you've had a lovely weekend!

One of the key fundamentals of our classes at Gemma Pearce Fitness is that we exercise for our physical and mental health, not necessarily to become a size 8. Yes, we'd probably all like to lose a pound or two, but exercising because of how it makes us feel is so much more important.

My favourite ways of exercising are well known; dance for endorphins, walking for being out in nature, and Pilates so that I can continue the above! What about you?

I was really reminded of the power of dance last weekend as we learnt and performed our Cha Cha Cha Fit routine at the Saturday Special class (see the performance video below). Everyone left buzzing after learning the routine in just an hour! Take a look at the details for the next Saturday Special Salsa Fit below to join the next one!

I've also decided to start a "Walk & Talk" walking session after Easter. Join me every other week for a different walk around the local area! Yes, we can all walk anywhere at any time, and many of us do, but it is so much more fun with friends old and new!

Whether you're a long-standing member of our community, currently enjoying our online or face-to-face classes, or someone new who's curious about what we offer, this is the perfect opportunity to step outside, get active, and make some new friends.

Chat More, Walk More: Unlike our regular classes where the focus is on the workout, these sessions give you a chance to talk more openly, sharing stories and experiences while enjoying a leisurely stroll.

Existing Clients: Whether you've been with us from the start or just joined a class, we'd love to have you along. It's a great way to see familiar faces in a new setting.

Newcomers: Curious about Gemma Pearce Fitness? This is your chance to meet us in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Come say hello, and who knows? You might just find your new fitness family.

No Pressure, Just Pleasure: There's no fee to join, and no pressure to perform. These walks are all about enjoying the moment, getting a bit of exercise, and having great conversations.
