I hope you’ve had a great weekend! I did my first bit of STANDING paddleboarding in the sunshine this Saturday which was very good fun… and I didn’t fall in! I called on all the Standing Pilates, balance training, glute strengthening, continual posture improvement, core strength and body awareness that we work on every week at Pilates as there was no way I wanted to end up in the Thames!
