News from Gemma Pearce Fitness!

I hope you’ve enjoyed the lovely weather this weekend! My two non-fitness-related obsessions are gardening and drying washing outside so it’s been a great weekend for me!!

Apologies to anyone who was booked in for Wednesday evening classes. I had to stay at home as my daughter Lucy’s not been very well and, although she’s currently having a Sunday afternoon nap next to me, she seems to be feeling a bit better.

Isn’t it great to have Strictly back on the telly! And what a fantastic series this is turning into! If you would like to try some of my Strictly Come Dancing themed fitness classes, I’ve made the Strictly Fit Class Bundle my half price bundle of the week - scroll down for more info.
