News from Gemma Pearce Fitness!

Lots of you will have heard me say (or seen me write) that the most successful exercise is the exercise you love to do. No matter what it is, if it makes you happy, it will work for you!

For many people, the only thing they like about doing exercise is the results they see afterwards, the feeling of satisfaction and the loss of an inch around the middle perhaps. But I really want people to become fans of the feeling they get after a class and looking forward to spending time trying out different exercises and challenging themselves.

It’s easy to get stuck in a rut with our exercise – we are a bit nervous to try something different, we’re worried that it will be difficult to pick up or won’t fit in with our lifestyle.

Why not try something new this week?

I have Pilates and Lift online to do anytime during the week, plus our “on demand” bundle is designed for beginners.

Or why not take a look at our face to face classes? Try Groovelates - a toning class to 70s and 80s music? Or join me for some Aerobics on Friday morning?

Anyone need a new tshirt for classes?

Choose black or pink, in sizes S, M, L, XL, XXL These come up small - I’m wearing a large. I’ve got one of each size and I’ll bring them to classes over the next few weeks if you’d like to try one on. I’ll be doing an order on the 13th November, and they will be delivered about 10 - 14 days later.
