News from Gemma Pearce Fitness!

As we go into our final week of classes, it’s starting to feel a little Christmassy! We put up our (tiny) tree today and I’ve prepared the special classes for next week!

We’re having disco lights for Zumba, Zumba Gold and Groovelates, and Pilates by Candlelight (where possible). I have released a few PAYG spaces for Tuesday evening Pilates by Candlelight (7.15pm at Chilton - book here).

Then I’ve got a week of website updating and planning for 2024, then a week of relaxing before the chaos of Christmas! I hope to see you at one of our classes this week, otherwise you can keep moving over the next few weeks with our Online Bundles or Online Membership. Get in touch for more information. And finally, just a note on our lovely friend Claire. Claire stopped teaching classes for us earlier this year after a very sudden diagnosis of Stage 4 Bowel Cancer and secondary cancers. She is extremely grateful for all the love, support and well wishes you have sent. Together with the Wednesday morning Zumba Gold ladies, I’m organising a Christmas hamper for her and her family. If you would like to contribute some Christmas food to the hamper, please do bring it along to your class this week or drop off at my house on the address at the bottom of the email.
