News from Gemma Pearce Fitness!

Happy 1st October! I’m not sure if it’s something to do with a new month or payday, but we’ve had an influx of new participants. If you’re new here, welcome!

I don’t like new years resolutions, but I am a MASSIVE fan of setting goals and objectives for the month! So if September didn’t quite go how you planned it, then October is your chance to start again and get fitter and feel healthier!

Sign up for an online class, our online membership or a face to face class today and let’s get going together!

Our online classes this week are DEEP STRETCH PILATES and LIFT EMOM (every minute on the minute) - remember you can join me for the live streaming on the times below, or if you can’t make it, the recording is sent to you to keep and to do anytime you like!

Scroll down for a list of this week’s classes you can join, a blog about how I eased my persistent back pain 10 years ago, and an offer on our Pilates for Bad Backs online class bundle.

Just get in touch if you have any questions!

Love Gemma x
