During the month of November, I’m available for tailor-made Pilates 1-2-1 sessions with you and can specify a home programme specific to your needs.
Perhaps you suffer with sore shoulders, hips, back or tight hamstrings?
Maybe you just want more Pilates in your life.
I also help people with sciatica, arthritis, bursitis, osteoporosis, SI joint dysfunction and many more. I’d be happy to help you at any stage in your life – for example I’m experienced in teaching Pilates for older people plus I’m a Pregnancy and Post Natal specialist instructor.

Where and when would the 1-2-1 sessions be?
These sessions can either be on Zoom, at my house in Steventon, or at your own home (restricted to postcodes OX11, OX12, OX13 or OX14).
I have various time slots available and I’m happy to discuss this with you before you sign up.
What is involved in a personalised home programme?
You can choose your personalised home programme – either receive a personalised Pilates video or worksheet of exercises.This bespoke Pilates session plan will be designed for your specific goals and areas of weakness. You can then perform the plan in between your 1-2-1 sessions.

All of our group Pilates classes are mixed ability and I aim to do a little bit of everything for the whole body but perhaps you have a specific issue you’d like to concentrate on? A 1-2-1 session allows us to concentrate on exactly what you need or want to, with a session tailormade to you. Then, with a personalised home programme, you can continue your good work with your choice of personal Pilates video or worksheet of exercises.
