    I’ll be taking you through standing Pilates exercises and balance training to improve your balance, strength, confidence, core muscles and posture in just 5 days.


    Perhaps you’re suffering from arthritis, osteoporosis, high or low blood pressure or joint issues – Pilates can help with stability, muscle stiffness and joint range of movement.


    If you’ve noticed changes in your balance, you can improve it and I’ll show you exercises to do every day!

    Each video is super simple and suitable for everyone.


    Once you've signed up, you'll get links to all 5 workouts in your order receipt - so don't delete it!


    You can start straight away! Each video can be done from your phone, tablet or computer.


    NB - you will receive document containing the links. Access to the document expires after 30 days, however access to the links is yours forever! Save the documents containing the links!
