That’s why I’ve created the Festive Fitness Club — 21 days of short, feel-good online workouts to keep you moving from 13th December through to 2nd January.
Each day brings something different — from Pilates and WalkFit to Dance Fit, Lift and Barre. All classes are under 25 minutes, so they fit perfectly between shopping trips, family time, or those cosy afternoons when motivation is low.
You’ll have access to a special area of the website where you can watch all classes anytime — plus gentle encouragement and festive motivation to help you stay on track.
