Cancellation Policy

​Courses are booked as a block and must be paid for in full at the time of booking. We do not offer discounts or partial refunds for missed classes due to holidays, illness, or personal circumstances. You may cancel your course booking for a full refund or transfer to a later course, provided we are informed at least 7 days before the first class. Once a course has started, transfers or refunds are not available. If a class cannot take place due to instructor illness or bad weather, an online class or alternative session will be offered, but no refund will be given. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, you may still join the class, but the instructor reserves the right to refuse entry if it would disrupt the session. No refund or transfer will be given. ​Health & Safety By attending a class, you confirm that you are fit to participate and will inform the instructor of any medical conditions or injuries that may affect your ability to exercise. An online registration form should be filled in before your first class and then every 6-12 months. You participate at your own risk, and Gemma Pearce Fitness is not liable for any injuries sustained during the session. Personal Responsibility Participants are responsible for wearing suitable clothing and bringing any necessary equipment (e.g., mats for Pilates). Weather-Related Cancellations If a class or course session cannot take place due to extreme weather conditions (e.g., heavy snow, ice, flooding, or severe storms), we will make every effort to offer an alternative session, either in person or online. If a class or course is running but you decide not to attend due to weather concerns, this will be treated as a missed session and no refund or transfer will be available.
