If you’re a regular online exerciser, this is the best value option.
- 4 LIVE online classes - Pilates, Zumba Gold, Dance Fitness and Lift, plus available on catch up
- PLUS access to the entire back catalogue in the Facebook group and on the member's dashboard
 
Live classes will be streamed in the group and will then be saved so that you can do them ANYTIME you want.
 
NB due to music licencing issues, Zumba Gold classes cannot be saved to the group and will only be available live on the website.
