Shoulder Exercises for Older People - Retired & Fitter

Writer: Gemma PearceGemma Pearce

As we age, it's really important to keep our shoulders strong. Not only does it help with everyday tasks like lifting and reaching, but it can also keep us steady on our feet and reduce the risk of falls. Plus, strong shoulders can help improve posture and ease any pain or discomfort in the shoulders, neck and upper back. So, if you're over 65, make sure to talk to your doc before starting any exercise routine, then get to work on those shoulders!
