Blitz that Body with High Intensity Interval Training

HIIT – are you wondering what all the fuss is about? Here’s the lowdown on the training technique made famous by The Body Coach and many others.

Burn fat & increase metabolism

HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. It is a training method where you go all-out in quick, intense bursts of exercise with short recovery periods in between. HIIT training gets your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time, it also increases your metabolism so you’re still burning fat even after your workout.

No time? No problem

Not only is HIIT great for fat-burning and increasing your metabolism, it’s so versatile and quick. You can do a HIIT workout at home, in a hotel room, in a park, at a gym or join one of our Body Blitz classes!

No equipment, no problem

As HIIT workouts tend to use only your body weight, you get your heart rate up and keep it there with no need for additional dumbbells or other equipment. It is an effective workout that fits into any busy lifestyle.

Ready for your HIIT challenge? Are you prepared to give each burst of exercise 100% effort? For best results, repeat the workout every other day, getting faster each time!

Not sure how to begin? Many of our classes use HIIT to get you fitter and stronger with amazing results in a short time. Boxfit, Booty Band, Kettlebells and Abs Blitz are all classes that offer full body toning that burn serious amounts of body fat, as well as shaping, toning and defining your entire body.

Our Home Workout Club workouts also use intense bursts of exercise, followed by a short period of rest, to completely blitz your body! A combination of high and low impact moves, toning and stretching makes them suitable for people of all fitness levels - easier and harder alternatives will be given for every exercise. Prepare to be challenged and get results!
