HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. It is a training method where you go all-out in quick, intense bursts of exercise with short recovery periods in between. HIIT training gets your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time, it also increases your metabolism so you’re still burning fat even after your workout.
No time? No problem
Not only is HIIT great for fat-burning and increasing your metabolism, it’s so versatile and quick. You can do a HIIT workout at home, in a hotel room, in a park, at a gym or join one of our Body Blitz classes!
No equipment, no problem
As HIIT workouts tend to use only your body weight, you get your heart rate up and keep it there with no need for additional dumbbells or other equipment. It is an effective workout that fits into any busy lifestyle.

Our Home Workout Club workouts also use intense bursts of exercise, followed by a short period of rest, to completely blitz your body!
