Instead, eat a breakfast that is rich in protein which will satisfy your appetite for longer, keep sugar cravings at bay and energy levels high. 2. Avoid any food labelled "diet" or "low fat" as it will be full of hidden sugar that will keep you on a blood sugar rollercoaster all day. 3. Eat loads of green vegetables with every meal. 4. Do short, intense workouts that elevate your heart rate to the max. This might be a Body Blitz class, doing short bursts of speed when cycling, swimming or running, or even when taking the dog for a walk!
