Would you like to get fitter and healthier in just 5 minutes? Do you have a spare 5 minutes per day? Perhaps while you’re waiting for the kettle to boil? Or waiting for the bathroom to become free? Or daydreaming about Michael Buble? (no, sorry, that’s just me!)
In those 5 minutes, you could improve your energy and concentration levels, increase your oxygen flow and build muscle. Perform each of the following exercises for 30 seconds, and build up to 1 minute of each, 3-5 times a week:
Squats (challenge yourself – squat jumps)
Press Ups (easier option – knees down)
Lunge forward and backwards on the right foot
Repeat on the left foot
Hill Climbers (on hands and feet, bring alternate knees into the chest)
