Join us for Outdoor Fit Camp this summer!

Get fit in the great outdoors at Chilton Recreation Ground.

Get involved and make a difference to how you look and feel.

 

As with all of my classes, the focus of Outdoor Fit Camp is to provide safe and effective sessions that are fun, friendly, motivating and inclusive. There's no pressure to be the best, and no judgment or competition.

 

Outdoor Fit Camp is suitable for everyone - for beginners, fitness freaks and everyone in between. I will always offer easier and harder options for each exercise. 16 years old +.

When & Where is Outdoor Fit Camp?

 

Thursdays 6.30pm at Chilton Recreation Ground.

 

The recreation ground is next to the village hall, behind the church - postcode OX11 0SH.

 

Outdoor Fit Camp will run for 5 weeks, starting on Thursday 20th July and will run until Thursday 17th August 2017.

 

And finally.... Outdoor Fit Camp will never, ever, be cancelled because of the weather!

How much is it? How do I book?

 

Each Outdoor Fit Camp session is £5 per person, either payable on the day or by booking using the links below.

Course Terms & Conditions

 

There is no transferral of classes from course to course, day of the week, or person to person

No refunds will be given once the course has started or within 7 days of the start date

Refunds may be offered for cancellations made more than 7 days before the course begins

Classes will run on every date advertised during the course, except in cases of circumstances out of the instructor’s control. An alternative class will always be offered if classes are cancelled but no refunds will be given.

What do I need to bring? What should I wear?

 

You don't need to bring anything except a bottle of water and a towel.

 

Wear trainers and loose or stretchy clothing that you don't mind getting dirty and that are suitable for the weather.

 

Aim to arrive 5 - 10 minutes before the start of your first session.
