Want to tone up and improve your fitness - quick?

 

If you're looking to tone up and improve your fitness, then this is the class for you! 

 

This class will use Pilates and HIIT techniques for a full body workout and will provide the complete package of fitness training, strengthening and stretching.

 

Beginners welcome.

Once signed up, all you need to do is turn up to the first session wearing comfortable clothes and trainers.

 

Bring a mat and a Fit Ball (also known as a stability ball, exercise ball or yoga ball) and make sure that it is fully inflated before the class.

 

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the class start time.

 

You can buy a Fit Ball from Argos, Sports Direct or Amazon. They come in various sizes, I would recommend a 55cm or 65cm ball. Some come with pumps, some don't!

Course Terms & Conditions

 

Courses must be paid in full and in advance

 

There is no transferral of classes from course to course, day of the week, or person to person

 

No refunds will be given once the course has started or within 7 days of the start date

 

Refunds may be offered for cancellations made more than 7 days before the course begins

 

Classes will run on every date advertised during the course, except in cases of circumstances out of the instructor’s control. An alternative class will always be offered if classes are cancelled but no refunds will be given.
