Booty Band Workout

 

Who’d have thought how brilliant a simple resistance band could be! In our Booty Band class we activate the glutes (bum), sculpt the thighs and tone the abs (stomach). This workout is awesome for building strength and flexibility in the lower body. 

We use the booty band to get your backside and legs working hard. When your Gluteus muscles in your bum are strong, they help you avoid problems like lower back pain, balance issues and decreased mobility. 

So if your legs and bum are feeling flabby and neglected, get off your butt and work it in this fun, low-impact, high-intensity Booty Band class! You’ll be competing for Rear of the Year in no time – whether it’s small and peachy, perky and pert or large and in charge, make the most of your greatest assets at Booty Band!

Thursdays 7.15 - 8pm at Chilton Community Room (OX11 0UE)

 

Each class is £7 or you can block book 8 classes for £48.
